If it’s hard for you to find time to give your accountant your bank and credit card statements, and you’re cautious about giving them your login information, then you should try Hubdoc. Unfortunately, it does not link with QuickBooks, however, it is still great to use! You enter your information one time and it allows your accountant to access your statements without knowing your password! It’s a great resource to safely maintain your privacy, but it’s also incredibly efficient.

This is a fantastic payroll tool that syncs with QuickBooks. It also helps with benefits, pays payroll taxes, submits quarterly and annual reports, and other HR tasks. Gusto is a one-stop solution for all your payroll needs with only a small monthly fee. This is a cloud-based program where your employees submit their personal information into the system and, from there, they are paid via this site. In addition to having far less paperwork, Gusto also helps your employees feel as though their information is kept safe, and you will know that payroll is done right!

Every company has bills to pay, which is why bill.com comes in handy so much. Beyond making life easier, it also makes it less stressful so you can focus on other work tasks. You can pay and process bills, simplify your business statements, and get paid by other companies. The best part? It syncs with your accounting software (QuickBooks!) and your company’s bank account.
